Wheres Redeem

The best part of this app was the ability to quickly redeem vouchers on the move without having to use a PC or tablet. Now my tablet I have to wait for my gnome to load account information so I can redeem the way this app used too. What if a customer or server pushes redeem on the clients mobile phone app? Well I used to be able to update that redemption with the total cost spent for great stats. Now nothing, all it does is show me its already redeemed. Guess what gnome does the same thing even thought it too is supposed to be for tracking these numbers and giving me reports. Nice blank reports because not all the data can be populated. Thanks Groupon, inc.

Great except for crashing

New problem since latest update: the app will not update my transaction history. Since I updated two days ago the transaction history has not updated and I have taken at least five payments with it since then. They show up in my online account but not this app!! Please fix this! I, too, have been experiencing this app crashing my phone while customers are signing. I have to go through the payment process again, then log into my account from a computer to void the extra transaction, which does show up on the customers credit card but will never clear or pay me because it was not completed. Not good, please fix this! It is unprofessional, and Im going to have to stick with Square unless this bug is corrected.

Crashes

My transaction history isnt current and I can not login. Error message wrong password/Email. I know this is correct because its the same one to enter the website.

Tips

This app is good. It does crash from time to time. That can be annoying. But what annoys me most is when clients want to tip me more then 20% and cannot. A custom tip option would be greatly appreciated!!! Next update please.

No barcodes

None of the vouchers brought in have barcodes and unless I am crazy, I cant type in the groupon number or redemption code since the keypad is only numbers. I find it worthless.

This application does not work well at all. This company has horrible customer service, do not waste your time trying to do business with them you will never get paid!

This new app may look pretty but its a far cry from improved. If I wanted to look at a pie chart and customer feedback then I would go on the website. I wish I hadnt updated the app!!!

Keep your Current Version. Dont Upgrade

I suggest you keep the existing version and DO NOT UPGRADE until they fix some flaws. With version 2.5.1 I can view past sales campaigns as well as history for current or past campaigns to see what was redeemed and when. That all is missing with the new version. The only thing I like about the new version and seeing the reviews; however historical data and ability to see past campaigns far outweighs seeing feedback in the app. I removed the new version and reinstalled version 2.5.1 from my. backup. What were u thinking Groupon developers???

This is not an upgrade!

Version 3.0 gives you no useful information. You cant your current deals or their progress! Bring back the 2.51

New version is not good!

This version is horrible. So confusing. Doesnt work and freezes. You cant see your campaigns or history of transactions as easily. Please update this to be more like the old version!!!

I wanted to stop the deal with Groupon because this updated application... No History Wrong Expiration date cause tons of problem!!!!!! Bring back the previous version or you lose you business, GROUPON!!!!!!!!!!

More like downgrade than update

New version changes out the useful functions of the old app for a prettier interface that doesnt do much. Worst of all, it only tells you a code has been used, but not when.

No history = no stars

The new version is prettier but missing important functionality. Bad call, wrong priorities.

Fire your IT GUY! Maybe the moron should have tested it first. Every Groupon is valid for full amount. Even if expired a year ago. Major issues with just signing on. Redeem from your Merchant account until they fix this piece of junk.

Horrible update

Please go back to the old app! This is the worst update known to man. If you dont go back to the old app, I will NEVER use groupon ever again for my restaurant!!

Very very bad I am disappointed

Very very bad I am disappointed I liked the old app better as a merchant it made me see my campaign more clearly when I press on my campaign button I see what I sold from deferent options now I dont and I dont like the navigation please next time when u want to Change ,,, change for something better not just to change very bad

This is horrible! I cant even swipe credit cards anymore!! What did you do?????!!!!!! Im going back to Square.........:/
