Wont let me log in

I have checked multiple times; my shops login info is correct and I can log in on the website, but not his app.

Does not scan barcode on first try

The new upgrade does not scan the barcode on the first try, I get a message saying "unauthorized." Always scans properly on the second try.

Groupon is a scam ran by India

I have not been paid by Groupon for services I provided to clients with Groupon vouchers. When I contact Groupon, I always reach someone in India who cannot help and can barely speak English. I have lost $150. Groupon made $300 from the sale of my services. Do not use Groupon. Use Google instead, they are honest.

HORRIBLE!!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. This app is beyond slow and on top of that, it rests my password every 3 weeks! How am I supposed to rely on my employees redeeming these groupons if I have to constantly change the password?! Horrible. Just horrible.

Not enough

I am really disappointed in this app. Its missing so much. It needs to show who bought the app. Hair groupons need names for appointments. It would be nice to be able to edit some things. Its hard to talk to a rep and not being able to see whats going on.

New update renders this app useless

Since the new update I am not able to redeem vouchers by using the customers name. Also the main page usually stays blank. Ive gotten in several times today and only twice did any of my stats come up and that was after waiting for awhile. Please fix!

Cannot redeem

I cannot redeem vouchers after customer submit to us the deal , I end up calling customers trying asking them to call Groupon to be able to redeem (by Groupon request ) for now I stopped accepting Groupon in all my stores till this fixed, no mention I spent 9:54 on the phone with there customer service only to verify who I am, absolutely unacceptable.

Cant even use....

The app crashes on me every time I try to use it. I enter in my user name and password, then hit go, and without fail it crashes. Every time!!!!!!

Needs to be an ipad groupon merchants app

Have been featuring groupon at my restaurant for over year and a half and must say that they have brought in a lot of customers . Great ones and cheap ones . The iPhone version works great but I need an ipad Version since our POS systems are all iPads . Thanks

Excellent!

Our restaurant has redeemed nearly 7 thousand vouchers using the Groupon Merchant app and its been extremely quick and reliable. Much faster barcode recognition than the LS app. Just wish they had an iPhone 5 and iPad app.

Really easy to redeem groupons, and swipe cards with better rates than I had before. Awesome!

This app is now optimized for iPhone 5!

I would like to thank you so much for optimizing it for iPhone 5. It had bug black bars and I have trouble seeing small objects. 5 stars! It also seems to scan barcodes quicker!

Great app for venders

This app makes it easy to track the groupons we put out. Its easy to use and Reliable. Thank you groupon

I think this app wouldve been better if it had auto focus or a press to focus as a feature

A very good friend and our daughter reminded this site. We really like it thus far. Weve made a couple of purchases and are very pleased.

Easy to use, but crashes my phone

The app itself is very easy to use. The only problem I have had is it shuts down my iPhone when the customer goes to sign their name. It does not show up in my transaction history however, it does show up on the customers phone on their bank website.

Crashes on 5s

I use the app mainly to take payments. The app and service are great, however the app crashing randomly on my 5s. It happens on the signing screen - after it has authorized the payment, but before the payment is finalized. This is bad for a number of reasons.... Anyways, Im getting by using an old version of the app on a old 3GS and its working fine. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG! Thanks!

Seemed great wish I could use it too...

Signed up, was approved, further followup questions, was approved, carder reader sent with tracking sent. Processed one transaction for $900, waited for next day funding... money never came, asked support whats up... never got a reply. just told my customer to chargeback the payment, i no longer even have access to issue a refund. such pathetic sadness. what a waste of a nice interface. better luck tomorrow.
